Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days. Free on all orders over $25. For orders under $25, standard flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Expedited Shipping: 2 to 4 business days. Priority rates are displayed and calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Order page at any time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at tidora.team@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items.
